Condition programme

Multiple Sclerosis

A staged nutrition programme for people living with MS — from the evidence to your plate.

Multiple sclerosis is one of the conditions where nutrition research has moved fastest in the last decade. Dietary pattern, gut microbiome, and micronutrient status all show measurable relationships with symptom load and quality of life.

This programme walks you through that evidence and turns it into a practical, staged protocol: what to add, what to remove, and how to sustain it — with meal frameworks, batch-cooking systems, and symptom tracking built in.

Taught in short video lessons you can follow at your own pace, and designed to be worked through alongside — never instead of — your medical team.
