Condition programme
Heart
A food-first programme for cardiovascular health — cholesterol, blood pressure, and the plate patterns with the strongest evidence.
Cardiovascular disease remains the world's biggest killer, and diet is its single most modifiable driver. Decades of trials show that the right eating pattern can move LDL, blood pressure, and inflammatory markers as reliably as some medications.
This programme walks you from your baseline numbers to a sustainable plants-first plate: which fats to swap, the fibre targets that actually shift cholesterol, and how to rebalance sodium and potassium without living off bland food.
Work through it alongside your GP or cardiologist — bring your numbers, and watch them change.
