Condition programme
Endometriosis
A cycle-aware nutrition programme for endometriosis — calming inflammation and supporting hormone balance through food.
Endometriosis affects roughly one in ten women, and diet is one of the few levers within your own control. Research links dietary pattern to inflammatory load, oestrogen metabolism, and pain severity.
This programme translates that research into a staged protocol built around your cycle: an anti-inflammatory foundation, targeted food strategies for hormone balance, and practical systems for flare days.
Like every Academy programme, it's designed to complement — never replace — the care of your clinical team.
